SAFETY IS OUR CULTURE

Safety starts at the top with our Executive Leadership Team and continues throughout every level of our organization.

Solid Platforms Safety 1st Culture

At Solid Platform’s, we deliver exceptional results as an industry leader in construction safety. Safety is embedded in the culture and core values at Solid Platforms. We are a family and we owe it to every single employee to always work safely.

New employees are introduced to our commitment to safety immediately during onboarding and completing our orientation processes. It’s reinforced every day during daily job setup, documented weekly with safety topic stand downs, and used to drive the weekly video safety meeting between executive management and field operations.

Below is just a small sampling of the lengths we’ve taken to ensure the safety of all those on a Solid Platforms job site.
